Speaking

Conversations that challenge how we think about ageing, leadership, and humanity.

I believe some of the most important conversations of our time are the ones we are still hesitant to have.

The tough ones about ageing. The meaningful ones about identity. The serious ones about visibility. And the urgent ones about care. The ones about what it truly means to remain human inside the systems we build.

Over the course of five decades, I have worked across senior living, design, development, operations, marketing, innovation, and leadership.

What makes my perspective different is not simply professional experience. It is the lived understanding that comes from being inside these systems for an entire lifetime.

I speak from lived experience, reflection, observation, and a willingness to question many of the assumptions we’ve accepted around ageing, leadership, and later life.

Less stuff.
More life.

My style is thoughtful, engaging, emotionally intelligent, and direct. I’m interested in conversations that move beyond surface level commentary and invite audiences into a deeper understanding of ageing, authority, emotional wellbeing, culture, and modern elderhood.

Whether speaking to healthcare leaders, organizations, women in leadership, senior living professionals, or broader audiences navigating identity and reinvention, my goal is not to provide simple answers, but to create the kind of reflection that changes perspective long after the conversation ends. To inspire awareness. To challenge outdated thinking. And to create conversations that people continue reflecting on long after they leave the room.
